You understand and acknowledge that you are not required to sign electronically if you prefer not to do so. You may submit a paper warranty registration form to ASC by mailing the completed registration form by certified, return receipt mail to ASC at 102 S Ellison, Layton, UT 84041. You may withdraw your consent to transact business with ASC electronically at any time by contacting ASC in writing at 102 S Ellison, Layton, UT 84041. You may request a paper copy of your ASC warranty by contacting ASC in writing at 102 S Ellison, Layton, UT 84041. You agree that the information provided is correct to the best of your knowledge and understand that discrepancies can cause the warranty provided by ASC to the void.
